2004

Ultrasoft System Founded in Quetta

M. Asif Naeem founds Ultrasoft System in Quetta with a clear conviction: geographic distance from major hubs should not limit access to enterprise-grade technology. Initial focus on ICT infrastructure and hardware supply for the Balochistan market.

The Beginning

05–10

2005 – 2010

Nationwide Service Delivery Established

Expansion into ICT infrastructure projects across Pakistan, building the operational capabilities, partnerships, and technical expertise needed to deliver enterprise technology solutions at a national scale.

2011 – 2014

First Major Government Contracts

First major government contracts awarded, including ICT infrastructure deployments for Government of Balochistan departments — establishing Ultrasoft System as a trusted public sector technology partner.

Software Engineering Practice Launched

Formal software engineering practice established. Delivery of first custom government software systems, including healthcare and patient management solutions — marking the evolution from ICT services into full-stack technology delivery.

Enterprise Products & Major System Awards

Launch of in-house enterprise products — HCMS and ERP — built specifically for Pakistan's regulatory and operational environment. Award of major government systems including the eProcurement & Planning System (ePPS) and Land Record Management Information System (LRMIS).

Continued Government System Portfolio Growth

Award of PSDP Automation System, Water Billing & Collection System, Food Inventory Management System, and Animal Health Information System — deepening the government technology portfolio and operational footprint across Balochistan.

Call Center, Offshore Services & Technology Park

Established the first call center in Balochistan. Launched offshore software development services for international clients. Established PSEB Software Technology Park in Quetta. Opened Islamabad office. Launched national training & professional certification programs.

EMIS, National Expansion & International Presence

Award of UNICEF Education Management Information System (EMIS) — managing 1M+ students, 70,000+ teachers, and 15,000+ schools. Expansion of offices across Pakistan's major cities. International presence established in Dubai. Continued growth of enterprise and offshore service portfolio.
